Narrow Loss to Buchanan
Last night’s semifinal against Buchanan saw the Cougars go down in a narrow defeat. Trailing 7-3 going into the fourth quarter Clovis High mounted what was poised to be an impressive comeback but wound up coming up just short, the final score was 7-6. Andres and Loflin each scored twice, making them the top offensive players this game while Stott held up the defense with an impressive nine saves.

Clovis Crushes Bullard!
Clovis High won their first play off game tonight, beating Bullard tonight 14-5. Andres, Lemley, Loflin were the top scorers with three goals each and Stott held the goal line with five saves.
The next play off game is an away game against Buchanan this Thursday at 6:15.

Clovis Narrowly Loses to CW
In a very close game this week Clovis High went down fighting to Clovis west, after having a disappointing first quarter Clovis came back swinging yet unfortunately wound up losing 8-6. Andres and Loflin were the top scorers this game with 2 goals each and Stott making 4 saves at the goal line.

Announcement!
Hey all there is only one regular season game left – at Clovis West on Wednesday Nov. 4 at 6:15pm so don’t miss it!
Division 1 Valley Playoffs will begin on Tuesday Nov. 10 which means that Clovis High will have a home game that evening. Opponent and time will be announced after the seeding meeting this upcoming weekend. Semifinals are on Thursday Nov. 12 and Finals are on Saturday Nov. 14.

Clovis Beats Central!
The Cougars defeated Central last Wednesday 13-7. Beers and Lemley lead the offense with 4 goals a piece and Ward tending the goal with 6 saves!

Clovis High Wins CW Invitational!
The Cougars crushed the competition at the Clovis West Invitational last weekend. Defeating every opponent Clovis High emerged from the tournament 5-0. Andres and Beers were the top scorers for the tournament with 9 and 7 goals respectively.
